Important informations from Ms. Bonnie

Dear Blast to the Past Families,
We are getting very close and things are looking great. Just a few reminders as we approach opening night. We have 3 rehearsals left, Friday, Monday & Tuesday. Rehearsals will end when we are done running the show. I would like to thank you for your understanding. Please note that your student must stay until the end so we can get the flow of the show going without any missing students. Unless your student is sick, please make sure that rehearsal is the first priority for the next week. I do not want anyone losing their solos due to leaving early. If they are not physically on stage when their part comes, someone must step in for them. A big thank you to those performers who have been jumping in here and there and understudying many roles. Very IMPRESSIVE!!! Up to this past week, our staff has been very flexible with students leaving early due, to soccer, baseball, softball, dance class etc....

Please make this the priority for one more week. Our schedule is as follows:

Friday, Monday, Tuesday is until we finish which is usually around 5:00.
Wednesday the final dress rehearsal begins at 2:00 sharp and with a full audience, we will not stop for problems, so if all goes well, we should be done by 4:15.
Thursday morning is our school assembly so students should report to the MPR by 10:00 am to prepare for a 10:30 show. Thursday evening, please have your student to the MPR by
5:30. Curtain is at 6:30. Friday evening please have your student to the MPR by 6:00.
Curtain is at 7:00. (no rehearsal Thursday or Friday day)

With all that said, I think you will all be amazed by the end result. Your children are working so hard and you will not believe the level of talent that Woodbury has. No other elementary school that I know is doing what your kids are doing and I am so very proud of them.
Thank you to all of you for getting your kids to and from rehearsals and for your dedication to this program. I can't wait for opening night!!! We are one week away. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you,

Bonnie Barlow
